SUMMER FAMILY SESSIONS

*Summer sessions are outdoor sessions. These sessions are scheduled at golden hour to give you the best available light. Golden hour starts 2 hours before sunset so please keep in mind summer sessions will start around 7:30/ 8 pm.

1-2 Hour session
1-4 people ($25 per extra person)
Pre- consultation either by phone or email

25 custom edited and retouched high-resolution digital images
Access to a private password protected online gallery to view and download images.
Print release for images
$50 deposit to secure your session date
$550 remaining due on your session date (cash, check or PayPal)
*extra person fee will be added if exceeds past 5 people

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT, RETAINER, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve the date and services for a photo session the client shall submit a $50.00 retainer. If the session is rescheduled or canceled by the client, the retainer will not be returned or applied towards the rescheduled session. The rescheduled session will require a new $50.00 deposit to secure a new date. The balance of the session fee must be paid at the time of the session by cash, Paypal invoice or check payable to Brittany McCarthy. All outdoor sessions are weather permitting, if your session is a rain out session we will reschudule to the next available date.

The client agrees that all copyright and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by Brittany McCarthy of Urban Chic Photography. It is a violation of federal copyright law to allow photographs created by Urban Chic Photography to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned or altered without written permission. You agree to purchase prints and products directly from Urban Chic Photography unless in possession of high resolution digital files. You agree not to scan, copy or reproduce images in any manner without a written release.

MODEL RELEASE

The client grants that Urban Chic Photography may use any images taken at the session for the promotion of its business and services, including but not limited to: website, blog, studio display, internal and external promotional material, and product demos.
