NEWBORN SESSION

*When scheduling, it is very important to have the shoot within the first 12 days of life if possible.  During the first 12 days, babies are more curled up and sleep easily while being moved around.  Setting up a tentative date in your third trimester is recommended to assure your spot on my calendar.   If baby decides to come early or late, contact me ASAP and we will adjust our session date. ​

 

Is your baby already here and already a few days old? If so contact us, we may have a opening for you.

Your session will take place in my home studio in Medina, Ohio.

Newborn sessions can take 3-4 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding and comforting.

We use a very clean, simple more natural color palette with all of our sessions. We want your images to remain timeless.

  • Pre- consultation either by phone or email

  •  25 custom edited and retouched high-resolution digital images

  • Access to a private password protected online gallery to view and download images.

  • Print release for images

  • Add on parent/ sibling images $100 (immediate family member's only)

  • $50 deposit to secure your session date

  • $400 remaining due on your session date (cash, check or PayPal)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENT, RETAINER, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve the date and services for a photo session the client shall submit a $50.00 retainer.  If the session is rescheduled or canceled by the client, the retainer will not be returned or applied towards the rescheduled session. The rescheduled session will require a new $50.00 deposit to secure a new date. The balance of the session fee must be paid at the time of the session by cash, Paypal invoice or check payable to Brittany McCarthy. All outdoor sessions are weather permitting, if your session is a rain out session we will reschudule to the next available date.

 

COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION

The client agrees that all copyright and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by Brittany McCarthy of Urban Chic Photography. It is a violation of federal copyright law to allow photographs created by Urban Chic Photography to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned or altered without written permission. You agree to purchase prints and products directly from Urban Chic Photography unless in possession of high resolution digital files. You agree not to scan, copy or reproduce images in any manner without a written release.

 

MODEL RELEASE

The client grants that Urban Chic Photography may use any images taken at the session for the promotion of its business and services, including but not limited to: website, blog, studio display, internal and external promotional material, and product demos.
