How do I reserve a photo session with you?First, contact us with a date or a estimated date you are looking to book. Once we have agreeded on a date a digital contract will be emailed to you. A signed digital contract and deposit is required when booking a session with us. An invoice will be emailed to you once the digital contract has been signed. The invoice will be sent by PayPal. No, you do not need a PayPal account to make a deposit. Any major credit card is accepted through PayPal.

How much is the deposit?All portrait sessions require a $50.00 deposit.

If I cancel will I get my deposit back?If you cancel you will not receive your deposit back. This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings. However, I do understand that unforeseen events can happen, if so contact me and will discuss and agree to move your session to another date.

Is there ever a travel fee?Most session have no travel fee. If we do travel 30 miles or more outside Medina, OH a travel fee will be applied to your session's final balance. If a travel fee is required it will be discussed during your booking to ensure no surprise fee is added to your session.

When is my remaining balance due?The remaing balance for your session is due on the session date.
